The building’s origin seemed like a great starting point for visual storytelling that would help prospective residents understand what makes these apartments special. However, their printed materials didn’t take advantage of the history and character of the building.
I designed concept print marketing materials that reference elements from old postcards and letterheads to tie in the building’s history.
