Indio is a property management company serving a few major cities in Texas. I designed a conceptual identity for their social media outlets including templates that allow prospective renters to view available properties. I  wanted to make sure that there was a variety of template types to keep the listing posts from getting repetitive. The templates present available listings based on neighborhood, specific complexes, single units, or type of rental property.

I tried out 3 directions for the style of the graphics and decided to move forward with version 2.
